The guests of Sunbay Resort will enjoy their stay on beautiful Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas, located just 8 miles from the historic Bathhouse Row. This timeshare resort offers efficiency, studio and one or two bedroom fully furnished, privately owned condominiums for nightly and weekly rentals. Some units offer whirlpools and /or wood burning fireplaces. Most units offer a view of Lake Hamiliton. Resort amenities include boat docks, tennis courts, outdoor heated pool (open year round), indoor sauna and a 10' by 20' indoor whirlpool. Ski boat, pontoon boat, and personal watercraft rentals are available (seasonal and weather permitting). Some of the scheduled activities include a Welcome Social, Historic City & National Park Tour, Mountain Hiking Tour, Cookout/Bingo, Bath House Show, Lake Ouachita Barge Tour/Wildlife Watch, Murry's Dinner Playhouse, Little Rock Tour, and Dinner and Magic Show. Area Seasonal Activities include: Live Thoroughbred Horse Racing at Oaklawn Race Track in the Spring, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Magic Springs/Crystal Falls Amusement and Water Park, Fall foliage tours, Christmas in the Park, Oktoberfest, Seasonal Music Festivals, and Arts and Crafts Fairs. Also enjoy fun in the sun on the "Diamond Lakes"-- Lakes Hamilton, Ouachita, Catherine and DeGray.
