From its "dock" on Fort Myers Beach, Mariner's Boathouse & Beach Resort beckons sun seekers who want all the pleasures of a vacation cruise without ever leaving land. Come enjoy the beach, swimming pool, and whirlpool. A game room and playground are on site for adults and children. The resort features a full-time activities director with a program designed for your enjoyment. A public 18-hole golf course is located directly across the street. The island offers four public tennis courts, boat launching ramps, and a wide range of party fishing boats and deep-sea charters. Fine restaurants, shopping, live entertainment, and a variety of attractions are just a short drive away.
Another beautiful resort in the local area is the Island Towers Resort. Sun and relaxation are plentiful at Island Towers, a beachfront resort on Estero Island. Stroll down the beach or choose from a treasure chest of activities-ride a sailboard, go snorkeling or fishing, or buy fresh shrimp on the docks in the area.
