Still Waters is located in Dadeville, Alabama and makes for a great vacation getaway. This timeshare resort was built in 1972 and offers 82 rooms on two floors. Two bedroom rooms offer kitchen/kitchenettes, refrigerators, microwave, fireplace, air conditioning, free newspaper and daily maid service. Resort amenities include multi-lingual staff, laundry, dry cleaning service, sprinklers and smoke alarms in room, car rental, photocopy and administrative services, complimentary coffee, room service, golf course, beach, water skiing, outdoor swimming pool, boating, sailing, outdoor tennis, fishing, horseback riding, hot tub, and bicycling. This secluded community is situated on 2200 acres overlooking the shores of Lake Martin. There are water sports on Lake Martin, tennis and golf. A full-service marina with boat launching access is on-site. There is an 18-hole championship golf course, practice facility, pro shop, lessons, casual bar, and dining facility. Area restaurants are Niffer's at the Lake, Oscars, Lake Martin Oyster Bar, Christopher, and Chuck's Marina. Local attractions are Harbor Pointe Marina, Wind Creek State Park, Horseshoe Bend National Military Park, Christopher Lake Martin Amphitheater, and Lake Martin. And for sightseers, DeSota Caverns and Talladega Speedway are 25 miles away, with Birmingham about an hour's drive.
