We purchased our 1st week at SeaWatch in 1998 and when I retired in 2015 our unit came up for sale so we purchased another week. We have been coming every year since 1999 along with our kids and grandkids. Since it is a time share most of the same people come at the same time every year and they are all very friendly. The resort is updated and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and having a security guard at night is a nice plus. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are close by. There are lots of things to do and see. Twins stadium is 20 minutes away. Overall just a fun place to spend your vacation at! Can't go wrong!

I have been coming to Seawatch on the beach for many years as I own a unit here. This year, I brought friends with me and before leaving, they purchased a timeshare of their own. And.I purchased a 2nd week as well. What more can be said? This resort gets better each year. It is well taken care of and those that operate it are very thoughtful and friendly. I happen to be lucky enough to stay at this resort week seven of 2010. This resort was wonderful. I have been vacationing on the island this same week for over 10 years and this is this was the best lodging experience. The accommodations were absolutely excellant! The staff were wonderful. There were no rude, owners telling anyone what to do and not to do. The security guards at night we a very welcome bonus. We were so disappointed to only have a week and can't wait to get in touch with the owner to see if the week is available in 2011. Thanks so much for assisting in making our vacation as wonderful as possible.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.

If you have multiple weeks to sell, you must post a separate ad for each week and pay $34.95 for each ad.
