My 2 Sisters and one sis-in-law just got back from Sea Villa in New Smyrna Beach Fl. the resort was clean and well taken care of, but a lot of draw back's, a lot of Stairs to climb, Dryers did not work, lost money on them, The Beds in the 2ND bed room are not twin beds, they are two little bitty couches that pull out to make a bed on the floor. very hard. maybe o.k. for KIDS but not adults, I did call the people that checked us in, they told me to call RCI and see what RCI could do for us. RCI did help us out. No we will never be back to the sea villas, no exercise equipment, We did have the beach to walk on for exercise. No Bathroom by the pool. not user friendly, also No Pool towels.

We stayed at the Sea Villas on April 26th to May 2nd and had the most enjoyable time! The condo's are immaculate and well maintained. We loved the easy beach access, as well as being so close to shopping and eating places. The town is just charming too with the unique shops and art galleries. We are already planning a return trip we loved it so much!

I purchased a week at this resort from the resort itself and could not be happier with the place. This is a great place if you want a nice quiet week at a beachfront resort with plenty to do around you. The resort is small and well-kept and the units have plenty of room and are well-stocked of items needed for cooking, etc. Our unit was on the second floor and had a private balcony where we could sit and watch the ocean. The pool area was nice and included a covered area with tables where you could eat outside. Beach access was right there and the beach itself is wide and beautiful in this spot. I am very happy with my purchase here and will look for other weeks I want here.

Sea Villas is one of my favorite resorts. It is a 40 unit small Cape Cod style property right on the beach, and great for quiet times away from the crowds. The managment staff is great too. I sold my 2 weeks here, but I still trade into it every chance I get with the weeks I have left! They recently earned the Silver Crown rating from RCI, and the only reason they are not Gold Crown is because on this beach it is hard to offer many amenities due to lack of space. Tons of restaurants to walk to or 3 min. drive. Units have recently been refurbished. Not all units are oceanfront, but a quick walk thru the courtyard and you're there. Highly recommend.

just got back from a beautiful and relaxing week at the sea villas resort. we stayed in sea villas four as it is called. if looking at any of the photos on this web site you will see photos of three blue buildings in a row. the building to the far left is the sea villas four. we stayed at unit v243 and it was terrific, with a beautiful view from our balcony that faced directly out to the ocean. great for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. great location, near many attractions. this was a perfect resort on a beautiful beach. we went on week 15 and rented directly from the owner. this was a great week at a great price. very nice for families and mature adults.

Stayed here in early June 2006 and we were all amazed how nice the resort and New Smyrna Beach is. Sea Villas does not get the credit that it rightfully deserves. The beach is perhaps the best beach that we ever saw or experienced: expansive, white sand, gentle slope into the water (rather than a sharp drop-off), immaculately clean and completely free of seaweed, etc., and perfect for bike riding at lower tides. We had planned to spend a couple of days or so at Disney World but the kids did not want to leave behind their boogie boards, inner tubes, small boards for shorleine surfing, and the many friends they made at the resort (Flroida's, Georgia's, and many other southern states' schools are out in May). In short: best vacation ever.<

The unit was smaller than some. You walked in to a sitting area with a TV, table, 4 chairs. The corner had mirrors, which made it look spacious. Galley kitchen. Full bath next to 2nd bedroom, which had twin beds and TV. Master bedroom had a huge walk in shower. Unit was immaculate. One nice thing was that you had a set of stairs that led up to your front door with a glass slider that led to your patio. You never had people walking past you to get to their unit. There were some activities – did not use them. Small pool and grills were available. I watched the caretaker clean the pool and wash down the area each and every morning as I had coffee on the patio – so I can tell you first hand that they were well cared

I bought a 2 bed room here and a 2 bed room at a gold crown in Daytona Beach. After staying here for the first time in June of 2005 my wife said sell the crowded, high rise, gold crown resort because she would rather stay here. It is really nice, the newly painted rooms and new furniture are bright colors, and when you get on the beach just pick any spot you want to put up your umbrella because it isn't crowded. Also you don't have to look both ways to go to the ocean to swim because cars aren't constantly driving by on the beach, in fact they had the 10 mph speed signs on the beach but I never saw a car on the beach here in 7 days. It is a small resort without a lot of amenities and without a lot of crowds. I loved it and so did my wife.

Enjoyed Sea Villas week several times last 10 years, traded the rest. Two 12 unit buildings, covered parking. Swimming pool, hottub, great staff with activities for young children. Quiet location is virtually an island across the intercoastal. 13 mile long "safest wading beach in the world" is across the sand dune via a wooden bridge. Great wading, body and smallboard surfing so only need 1 or 2 days at Disney (50 miles) ! Never ever had bored kids and felt they were safe. Classy 2 BR 2 bath units. All have ocean view from front decks. The area is quaint with plenty of shopping, nightlife and great dining. Enjoyed walking dates, were comfortable leaving our 8 and 10 year olds with pizza and videos and our cell numbers for couple hours<

We own a beautiful, modern, well-maintained 2 BR, 2 Bath timeshare in an ideal location for a multi-activity Florida vacation. We enjoy the beach, pool, Cape Canaveral, Orlando, golf, etc., etc., etc. We own a unit that sleeps 6 at this prime location red week timeshare.
