OLCC time share sales pitches do not give you the right information. We bought the lowest point program. At the sales presentation they told us we c.f. would not make reservations until we received access to our account. We waited and we received access. We tried to get additional reservation information but the help reps were not properly trained. We were unhappy. We attempted to rescind the contract and they refused. It was past the ten days of signing the contract. If they would have told us we could make reservation right after signing the contract we would have found out how crappy the customer service was and would have rescinded the contract within the ten days of signing the contract. Don't purcha

It's a beautiful place. i have owned a week for over 22 years .use it every year with my children and grandchildren of 8. the only thing i don't like is this. they treat owners like they are renters and renters like they are owners.the renters seem to get the better pick of unit's while the owners get unit's that need to be cleaned and up dated. old unit's. that is not what i have payed for for 22 years of support.owners should come first. i belong to rci. 22 years member. own it for life. i can pass it on to my children.

We stayed in a two bedroom villa this week in the West section. We were quite pleased with the accommodations and the upkeep of this resort. We have rented at other resorts in the past (Vacation Village at Parkway, Silver Lakes, and Hilton Vacations at Seaworld to name a few). This is by far the best that we have stayed at yet. It was recommended by a friend. We were in our villa in less than 15 minutes after arriving at the front desk. Staff even helped with our luggage. Great trip:-)

I own a timeshare unit since 1990. I return every year to the resort. In my opinion the quality of service has deteriorated immensely. Your personnel does not care about people. Most of them cannot speak or understand English. I have been asking every year to update the change room near the pool in the West Village, it is terrible. This resort keeps expanding to make more money. And the quality of service is terrible. Thank you

we just got back from our fourth year at orange lake and i have to say that they really outdid themselves this time. we loved the new river island, and the river island grilling co. is not to be missed. they had the best lobster and banana's foster that i've ever experienced. i loved the early morning walks with my daughter, and we loved having a choice of two different exercise rooms. the kids really enjoyed water tubeing on the lake. i like the poolside bingo at 2pm. all i can say is never a dull moment. i'm already looking forward to next year.

We just got back from Florida and had a wonderful stay at Orange Lake. We stayed in the North Village and loved our villa. It was spacious and clean with very modern decor. We especially loved the screened-in patio, the jacuzzi tub and the extra tv's. Our kids loved it. We were also there during the Grand Opening of River Island. It was so much fun but, almost an hour had past before any floaters became available. Remember to go early. The Gator show was fun and I will never forget the luau. We are planning to return next year and hopefully purchase a timeshare. My mother has been an owner for 15 years and I would love to follow in her footsteps. You can't go wrong with Orange Lake. It's just too much fun!

My wife and are owners of week 32 and will be going back on the first week of next month. I fished in one of the ponds there and wow! They were bitting like crazy. While we were on the beach I saw a dolphin. It is a beautiful resort. It is worth the money compared to a lot of other places.

This resort is AWESOME. We appreciate the many choices for activity areas and pools. The scheduled activities are fun for all ages. Everything is right on-site. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Love the tennis and golf - mini golf too! Great grounds for running and walking. Movie theaters and several choices for good eating. So nice our 5 children rarely want to even leave to go to Disneyworld!

If you golf, you'll love this resort. Many many holes to play. I'm not a golfer but greens look nice and well kept. Just minutes from Disney. Easy drive with large signs, so you won't get lost. As for swimming/water sports there are several pools and a lake on site. This resort is huge. They have a shuttle to the clubhouse and various pools. If you can bring bicycles, take them. Rooms are clean with nice decor, standard amenities, some units have jacuzzi tubs. Have Fun!
