We stayed in a 3 bedroom during April of 2012 in one of the newer buildings. The week long visit was a golf vacation. The resort is well located for Hilton Head golf courses as well as a short drive to off the island courses. The unit was clean, everything worked well and we had a view of local course from our balcony. They did try to sell us a timeshare when we checked in but we own 2 weeks and just passed on the sales presentation. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the surrounding area had lots of beautiful oak trees with hanging moss.

The resort is beautiful, but be sure to skip attending any sales presentation. These guys are crooks and fraudulent scammers. Stay away!! They said they would sell another time share that we had to trade for this. If it didn't sell, they would bite the cost. We paid $1000 down to cover legal costs of deed transfers. It's been 5 mos, no transfers have happened. Maintenance fees were to be lowered from the old time share to $300/yr. Got a bill for $971 for HOA, which probably isn't even a maintenance fee. Stay away. Don't even go there!!!

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
