Well it's been 3 years since I have last added a review on this resort. Its very well maintained and clean. I always use my 2 weeks and the third rent out to a close friend. They keep coming back also year after year.

Our family has owned many weeks for 20 years at the original Holiday Beach Resort. When Phase II opened we immediately bought 2 weeks Penthouse corner. My brother in law also bought one week without knowing of our purchase. The units are much nicer. We own many other weeks around the US for trading and always bought from repo's and resales. But not this time. Sometimes you just have to pay for what you want. We'll use it these units every year. Mike B

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.

If you have multiple weeks to sell, you must post a separate ad for each week and pay $34.95 for each ad.
