Located in North Redington Beach, Grand Shores West is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Ciega Bay. You can swim along the resort's beach, the outdoor pool, the whirlpool/spa, or try the water sports available on site or nearby. Grand Shores West offers studio, one and two bedroom units, sleeping up to six in the largest. The resort also provides sailboats, volleyball, beach cabanas, boating, fishing, games room, elevator, auto rental and laundry. Close by, you'll find other recreational options such as golf, tennis, waterskiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, and health club. Favorite spectator sports include casino cruises and dog racing. St. Petersburg's Salvador Dali Museum and Lowry Park Zoo are among the area attractions, with Busch Gardens and Walt Disney World within a 90-minute drive.

Another beautiful resort in the area is the Clearwater Beach Resort. Clearwater Beach Resort is known for its landscaping, providing the perfect spot for a memorable vacation getaway. All efficiency suites, with private terraces are graced with either a spectacular pool view or over looking tennis courts. Warm and inviting, a calming oasis of lush landscaping and vibrant flower gardens adorn the grounds. A turquoise pool sparkles within the flowered grounds. And everywhere the sun rejuvenates.
