It is not a condo, but a complete house. The other one is a building that is comprised of three condo units. Two of these units, (on the ends) are two bedroom, and the unit in the middle is a three bedroom condo. Both types of units are in the woods and very nice. All two bedroom units sleep up to 6 (with a sleeper sofa) and the three bedroom units sleep 8 (with sleeper sofa).
