The resort is situated on 300 feet of private Atlantic Ocean frontage in a peaceful resort area within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Guests will enjoy the beach, a swimming pool, restaurant, lounge, barbecues, shuffleboard, paddle tennis, bicycle rentals, and putting green. Boating, golf, tennis, and fishing are nearby. Vero Beach boasts the home of the Los Angeles Dodgers and the best fruit found anywhere, Indian River Citrus. Within a short walk or bicycle ride, one can find restaurants, convenience stores, banks, post office and unique shops...all with a small town allure. Tennis, golf, boat launch, and walking paths are just a brief car ride away. Theaters, movies, night time entertainment, major shopping centers and religious facilities are equally as convenient. Charter fishing, boat rentals, river cruises, Jai Alai, Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute and Pelican Island Sanctuary are all nearby. For the diving enthusiast, there is a coral reef a few yards off shore.

Another beautiful resort in the local area is Driftwood Inn Resort. Driftwood Inn Resort is located in Vero Beach. You'll be charmed by Driftwood Inn Resort, built from natural driftwood and preserved parts of sunken ships. The two original buildings were named to the National Registry of Historic Places in 1994. Surf fishing is also popular in the area, and charter boats are available for deep-sea fishing. Driftwood Inn Resort is right on the beach, offers two outdoor swimming pools, and is near some great restaurants and shops in the Vero Beach area. Driftwood Inn Resort offers studio, one, and two bedroom units.
